At Unite Club, we believe in the power of understanding, connection, and growth. That's why we're thrilled to announce Neurofest 2025 - an annual fundraising festival hosted by Unite Club and 5 charity partners.
The event is dedicated to celebrating inclusion, neurodivergence and disability, fostering a community where everyone can shine.

What is Neurofest 2025?
Neurofest is an annual fundraising event designed to showcase local neurodivergent/disabled business owners, provide engaging activities for families
and raise vital funds for local
inclusive organisations and events.
Neurofest is open to ALL families - No diagnosis needed!
Who are the organisers?
Neurofest was created by Katie Toner, Autistic/ADHD founder of Unite Club. Katie’s goal is to use Neurofest to champion other amazing local organisations.
For our second year of celebrations, we have 1 venue partner, 2 charity partners and 3 CIC partners!

How Can You Get Involved?
There are numerous ways to participate in Neurofest 2025 and help create a vibrant, inclusive community:
1. Attend the Festival: Join us for a day filled with engaging workshops, family support, local businesses, face painting, sensory support and emergency service vehicles PLUS access to the LIFE science museum ALL DAY!

2. Volunteer Your Time: We rely on the support of dedicated volunteers to make Neurofest a success. Whether you fancy running a workshop, engaging with guests, supporting a stall holder or helping keep our guests fed and watered, there is a job for everyone!

3. Sponsor the Event: Partner with us as a sponsor to help bring Neurofest 2025 to life. Your support will make a meaningful difference in creating an inclusive and impactful event. Neurofest provides opportunities for neurodivergent and disabled entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses, whilst simultaneously providing send families with the chance to not only take part in activities and connect with other families but to see what their child or loved one can achieve with the right support. Our vendors and workshop hosts are so much more than that, they are role models and beacons of hope for families who really need to see themselves represented in the community.
In 2024, families travelled from across the North East to Marsden Road community centre in South Shields, together, through the power of community, over £3000 was raised to support Unite Club and the Kayaks SEND charity.
Funds donated supported school holiday programs and parent support sessions in the North East.
Funds also helped to subsidise costs for local families, increasing their access to inclusive activities.
We are confident that Neurofest 2025 will help us to support even MORE families!
Neurofest is more than a fundraising event, it is a community of like-minded people, a beacon of hope for SEND families, and a safe space to just BE - however that may look.
