Neurofest 2026
NeuroFest is an inclusive, understanding, and engaging celebration of Neurodiversity and Disability, brought to you by Unite Club and Stomping Grounds Forest School. This summer, we are running four NeuroFest events taking place across Gateshead, Newcastle, Northumberland, and Durham.
What to Expect on the Day
Designed by professionals with extensive experience in the sector, NeuroFest brings the community together to promote genuine understanding and increase acceptance. The event structure focuses on distinct zones to cater to different sensory and engagement needs:
Main Stage: Scheduled workshops and showcases that encourage group participation.
Activity Zone: A low-demand space dedicated to self-directed play and quieter activities.
Sensory Area: Featuring the Sensory Shuttle Mobile Sensory Room alongside additional specialist equipment.
The Sensory Shuttle—Unite Club's dedicated mobile sensory room—will be on-site all day, providing a free, calm space for all ticket holders.
A Community Built on Understanding
No formal diagnosis or additional need is required to attend; everyone is welcome. The majority of our attendees are neurodivergent individuals, disabled individuals, or SEND professionals. When you join us at NeuroFest, you are entering a space built on true lived experience, expertise, and mutual support—a place to simply be yourself.

Summer Pass Advantage: You can purchase a UNITE ticket to save 25% across the summer events.
